Celebrating the 22nd anniversary of this prestigious event, the Kentucky PGA has annually awarded 20 individuals an opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie of fellow members, a chance to play an outstanding golf venue in the region and a competitive event. Since 2004, Belterra Resort Golf Club has been the home of the Kaiser Cup. Whether the weather cooperates fully or not, everyone has a fun time getting the new season kick started.
Teams of KPGA Members and Assistants compete in match play formats; either as teams of two or in single matches. Play begins on Monday, April 10th with the team competition and extends into the next day with single matches. Team with the highest point total captures the Kaiser Cup. Named after Kentucky Golf Hall of Fame member, Bill Kaiser, the cup has become a cherished possession of the winning team.
