Entries by telephone or fax are unacceptable. Time limit for entry means time of receipt at Golf House Kentucky (not time of postmark). The KPGA shall not be responsible for misdirected mail. A confirmation of receipt shall be returned by either e-mail or postcard.

*Eligible Participants and Fee Information
> Kentucky Section PGA Golf Professionals and Apprentices eligible to compete in Kentucky Section PGA tournament events. Kentucky Resident Amateurs having a current KGA-PGA, Inc. approved Handicap and Non-Member Kentucky Resident Professionals.
> *All successful qualifiers and exempt contestants will be charged an additional $ 100.00 prior to the championship. This fee shall be paid at time of registration at the championship venue.
> *Professionals with no Kentucky Section PGA affiliation will be charged an additional $ 500.00 if successful in qualifying.
> Entries are subject to approval or rejection, with or without reason, at any time at the discretion of the Kentucky Section PGA.
