Entries by telephone or fax are unacceptable. Time limit for entry means time of receipt at Golf House Kentucky (not time of postmark). The KPGA shall not be responsible for misdirected mail. A confirmation of receipt shall be returned by either e-mail or postcard.
ELIGIBILITY: KPGA Assistants (Class A), Apprentices & Non-Member Head Professionals (Class B) with playing privileges for 2010.
*Contestants must also register with the PGA of America. There will be a notice provided when the national registration is to begin. The national deadline for registration of this event is Wednesday, July 21, 2010 - 5:00 p.m. EDT.
