A $35.00 Service Charge will be applied to all Returned Checks.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday, September 20, 2010 – 5:00 p.m. EDT
Entries by telephone or fax are unacceptable. Time limit for entry means time of receipt at Golf House Kentucky (not time of postmark). The KPGA shall not be responsible for misdirected mail. A confirmation of receipt shall be returned by either e-mail or postcard.
ELIGIBILITY: Professionals must have playing privileges for 2010 and must be residents of Kentucky or be affiliated with the Kentucky Section PGA.
