**Attention Mac Users** You will have difficulty with tournament registrations done on Mac computers. We have found some success using the FireFox web browser, instead of Safari. Make sure you have the current version of FireFox web browser installed on your computer.

What time do entries close?
All entries close at 11:59 pm on the day of the published deadline.
How do I know if I have a current Player Profile?
If you have created an online profile since 2010, you have a current Player Profile. A Player Profile created since 2013 would have been done on a screen that looks like the one below.
I’m new to the online registration process. How do I create a Player Profile?
To create a Player Profile you will need your GHIN Handicap Index number and to fill out the New User registration. In the registration process it will ask for your GHIN number and to create a username and password. If you do not put your GHIN number in the profile, you will not be able to sign up for any events. A New Users sign-in screen is shown below.
How do I update my Player Profile information?
To update your Player Profile, just log into your profile with your current user name and password and then click on “Edit Profile” on the left hand side of the screen.
What do I do if I forgot my User Name and Password?
If you have forgotten your Username and Password click on the “Recover User Name and Password” link. From there you will be asked to enter your email address and it will be emailed to you. Please note that you must use the email address that you entered into your player profile.
What do I do if I forgot my GHIN Handicap Index number?
To get your GHIN Handicap Index number, please call your club and they can look up your number.
I had a GHIN Handicap Index number last year, but now I’m listed as “Inactive.” What should I do?
If your GHIN number is listed as “Inactive,” your club has inactivated you on their GHIN roster. You will need to contact your club about becoming “active” again; only they can reactivate your number. If your GHIN number is inactive, you will not be able to sign up for any events.
When I try to enter an event there is no check box to select, what do I do?
In most cases the check box is not available because you have not joined the Members Program. If you have joined the Members Program then something in your profile does not match the eligibility requirements.
