Justin Tereshko Tops the Leaderboard After the Second Day of the Kentucky Open
LOUISVILLE, KY (July 26, 2023) – After falling behind Fred Meyer by just one shot yesterday, Justin Tereshko jumped to first after firing another round of 65 to match that of day 1. He currently holds a four-shot lead.

These seven birdies were the most of any round today and place him at 13 total for the tournament. He tees off at 10 in the morning off hole one along with Fred Meyer and Dustin Denzik (-7).
Meyer posted another below-par round today with a 70. Despite two doubles on the back nine, he sits in second place four back of Tereshko.
Another impressive feat comes from Ben Haggin, who improved by 12 shots to tie the low round of the day with another 65. He is now T10 at 2-under.
The cut was 7-over, with 73 players making it to the final day. Final round tee times are scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, with all competitors scheduled to go off between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. off either the first or tenth hole.
