The Kentucky Golf Association Releases its 2024 Schedule
The Kentucky Golf Association’s schedule for 2024 revealed.
LOUISVILLE, KY (January 18, 2024) – The Kentucky Golf Association is set for a full tournament season that will offer fun, welcoming events under a variety of formats designed for all types of amateur golfers across the Commonwealth.
The schedule opens in late April and runs through mid-October, with the year again highlighted by the Clark’s Pump-N-Shop Championship Series.
Traditions Golf Club in Hebron opens this year with the KGA Amateur Series #1, in addition to hosting the 110th Clark’s Pump-N-Shop Kentucky Amateur on June 11-13. A multitude of qualifiers for this event will be held across the Commonwealth in May. The KGA heads to Lexington the following week for the 96th year of the Clark’s Pump-N-Shop Women’s Kentucky Amateur, contested at the University Club of Kentucky's Big Blue course from June 17-19.
Later in the summer, the Clark’s Pump-N-Shop Kentucky Senior Amateur heads to Danville Country Club on August 12-13. The Clark’s Pump-N-Shop Championship Series opens in the fall back in Lexington, with the Clark’s Pump-N-Shop Kentucky Mid-Am at Griffin Gate Golf Club on September 4 & 5. Closing the Clark's Series events for 2024 is the Clark's Women’s Kentucky Senior Amateur on September 10-11, hosted by Bardstown Country Club - Maywood this year.
The KGA Amateur Series returns with six events throughout the year, culminating in the KGA Amateur Series Championship on Monday, September 23, at Hunting Creek Country Club in Prospect. The KGA will also run five different USGA qualifiers in April, July, August, September and October.
This year, a new event has been added to the schedule in the Kentucky Women's Team Championship hosted by The Woodford Club in Versailles on October 2-3.

The year’s Western Kentucky Am Series schedule will be distributed later in the offseason. Registration for all tournaments will open on Tuesday, March 5.
