PGA HOPE Kentucky Expands to Nine Chapters in 2024
PGA HOPE Kentucky adds two new chapters for the 2024 season
LOUISVILLE, KY (January 11, 2024) – PGA HOPE Kentucky is again expanding this year, adding two more chapters to bring the total to nine situated across the Commonwealth.
Led by Kelly Williams, PGA, Greenbrier Golf and Country Club joins the chapters to become PGA HOPE Lexington East, renaming Man O' War Golf Learning Center to PGA HOPE Lexington West. Myles Mahan, PGA, will lead a new Louisville chapter at Woodhaven Country Club as PGA HOPE Fern Creek, while Quail Chase Golf Club is renamed to PGA HOPE Louisville Metro South.
The Kentucky PGA HOPE chapters are as follows:

- PGA HOPE Frankfort - Juniper Hill Golf Course
- PGA HOPE Fort Knox - Lindsey Golf Course
- PGA HOPE Fern Creek - Woodhaven Country ClubPGA
- PGA HOPE Lexington East - Greenbrier Golf and Country Club
“It is very exciting to be adding two more chapters to our HOPE programming in Kentucky”, said Erin Rowland, Foundation Coordinator at Golf House Kentucky. “I love to see the drive our professionals have in the state that is making such an impact on our Veteran’s lives with this program. We cannot wait to see yet another successful PGA HOPE year, and we hope to continue to grow the program in Kentucky.”
In 2023, PGA HOPE Kentucky welcomed 560 military Veterans to its chapters, with 236 graduates – the highest number Kentucky has had since the program launched in 2018.

About PGA HOPE Kentucky:
PGA HOPE is a nationwide program which provides all Veterans with FREE golf instruction taught by local PGA Professionals. The HOPE program is designed to provide golf as a therapeutic rehabilitation tool for all military Veterans. The lifetime sport of golf has proven to be an excellent outlet for activity and competition, but also allows Veterans to assimilate back into their community through the social interaction the game provides. Sessions include instruction, camaraderie and playing opportunities.
