The Kentucky PGA Announces its 2024 Schedule

The Kentucky PGA’s 2024 schedule is set.

LOUISVILLE, KY (January 17, 2024) – The Kentucky PGA Section is excited to share the 2024 tournament schedule, featuring nearly an event per week from the beginning of April to the end of October.

Highlighted by the State Opens and Section Championships, these events comprise a majority of the summer schedule from late June to August. Kicking off this run of tournaments is the Kentucky Senior Open, contested July 1-2 at Oldham County Country Club this year, followed by the Kentucky Women's Open at Kearney Hill Golf Links from July 15-16. The 105th iteration of the Kentucky State Open, the most prestigious tournament in the Commonwealth, takes place at the University of Louisville Golf Club during its typical late-July time frame, falling on July 23-25 this year.

The run of Section Championships begins with the Kentucky Senior PGA Professional Championship at Griffin Gate Golf Club on July 29-30. The Kentucky PGA Professional Championship follows on August 19-20, hosted by Valhalla Golf Club. Rounding out these events are the National Car Rental Kentucky Assistant PGA Professional and Kentucky PGA Women's Championship, both hosted by Oldham County Country Club on August 26.

2024 sees the return of other popular tournaments, such as the Pro-Pro Series events. The Kaiser Cup starts this year's tournament season on April 1-2 at Belterra Golf Club.

The Kentucky PGA Section (KPGA) is one of 41 Sections across the country representing the PGA of America and its Members.
