Connie Saner Promoted to Senior Director, Operations and Membership

LOUISVILLE, KY (January 5, 2024) Golf House Kentucky has promoted Connie Saner to the newly created role of Senior Director, Operations and Membership. This role has been developed to support GHK by overseeing Operations and Membership, which include many aspects of the Membership Department, Foundation, and Marketing. This role will focus heavily on strategy, growth, and enhanced collaboration within our organization, while also serving as the process manager for internal operations to help streamline management systems and communication.

Connie has held various roles in her seven years at Golf House Kentucky. Under the leadership of Steve McMillen, she was hired as an Executive Assistant, yet her position quickly took on collaborative work across the organization. Her role continued to change in conjunction with GHK leadership as she moved into the Membership Department and focused on the day-to-day management of handicapping, education, special events, and member-focused responsibilities. After five years, she was promoted to Senior Membership Director, assuming the oversight of the Course Rating and Membership Department. Continuing her passion to support membership and elevate GHK’s level of customer service, in addition to her dedication to bringing processes to the next level of efficiency, she will now expand her responsibilities by overseeing GHK’s Operations.

"I am excited to take on this new role and continue to contribute to the success of our team!" says Saner. "I am eager to experience the unique challenges and new growth that lie ahead for GHK. This will be an exciting year for our team, and I am thankful to be part of it."

“Connie has been a tremendous resource for GHK in many ways since she started, and this is an exciting opportunity to see her impact continue,” said Sally Morgan, PGA, Executive Director of Golf House Kentucky. “She is a very forward thinker and has great drive to see all areas of our operations be successful, so I am confident this will only propel our momentum forward!”

A native of Loveland, Ohio, Connie has lived in Louisville for over 19 years, first moving to the state to attend Northern Kentucky University, where she studied marketing and business administration. She assumes these responsibilities effective immediately.
