Since its inception in 1984, the Kentucky Golf Hall of Fame has inducted outstanding Kentuckians who have made contributions to the game of golf. Members of the Kentucky Golf Hall of Fame are made up of men, women, amateurs, and professional, who have made an impact on Kentucky golf through playing achievements or contributing to growth, development, and promotion of the game and golfers.
It is that time of year that nominations are accepted for candidates to be considered for the Kentucky Golf Hall of Fame. Nominations can be made by anyone and we encourage you to consider making a nomination. To nominate an individual, please read the instructions below and submit the nomination form no later than June 30, 2018 at midnight. Nominee must have been a Kentucky resident for a minimum of five years.
Nominee should have contributed to the golf industry in one or more of the following areas: Playing achievements, Contributions/Promotion of the Game, Contribution to Junior Golf, Teaching of the game, Golf Course Architecture, Turf Grass Research, Golf Course Management/Maintenance, and National recognition
Nominees remain active for three years. Nominations with no activity for three years are removed from consideration by the committee.
